The Mobile Book

I had the chance to get a .pdf copy of the new Smashing Magazine folks book (I’m very happy by the way) titled “The Mobile Book”. I have bought all previous books from Smashing Magazine (Smashing Book 1, 2, 3 and 3 ½), and I can say without hesitation that this one is the best they have published so far.

I found this excellent video on Vimeo showing us the Birth of a book using traditional printing methods. Done for the Daily Telegraph. Shot at Smith-Settle Printers, Leeds, England. The book being printed is Suzanne St Albans’ ‘Mango and Mimosa’ published as part of the Slightly Foxed series.
